DESCRIPTION:Subject: This session of the working group „Sino-German Corporate Communications“ will have a deeper look at how global organizations can establish a robust and efficient internal communication framework. Key note speaker Yuexiang Wang\, cross-border communication expert\, will introduce classic communication and collaboration solutions in China and overseas and compare the different approaches. Moreover\, he will focus on how to integrate cross-border teams within a multinational enterprise and how to unify their goals and objectives. An exciting case study from a global automotive company will specify measurements and tools that can help a global enterprise to successful international internal communication. \nAbout Yuexiang Wang\nDistinguished expert at the intersection of technology\, innovation\, and cross-border communication. With a strong academic foundation from Fudan University and Ecole Polytechnique in Paris\, and extensive professional experience serving as CTO in a robotic start-up as well as currently as General Manager of Lark Europe\, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and global perspective to the table. \nYuexiang brings a wealth of experience in fostering international collaboration. As Co-Founder and CTO of a robotic start-up\, his work not only made a significant impact on companies such as Landrovers\, SAIC\, and JD in China\, but also successfully helped the start-up to expand its reach into Southeast Asia and Japan. Now serving as the General Manager for Lark Europe\, he has been instrumental in supporting Chinese companies venturing into global markets and assisting European companies in navigating the complexities of the Chinese market.
