She worked then at a famous French law firm and has successfully assisted large Chinese enterprises to develop overseas business. She joined Shaohe Law Firm in 2022.\nMs. Tang specializes in corporate law. With a Sino-French cultural and legal background\, she is familiar with the laws of French-speaking countries such as France and Quebec and has participated in many investment projects of state-owned enterprises and large private enterprises in Europe or Africa\, as well as investment projects of French enterprises in China.
