This series aims at providing you with short information on relevant legal topics in a time efficient manner\, enabling you to get updates during or after your lunch break. \nThe topic of the upcoming CMS China Legal Lunch Bites is Navigating China’s New Labor Law Landscape – Key Takeaways from the Latest SPC Judicial Opinion. We will share with you\, in two sessions\, the main updates on the Opinions (II) on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Labor Disputes\, which were issued by the PRC Supreme People’s Court and just became effective on 1 September 2025. This new judicial opinion indicates the recent development of PRC employment law\, unifies some legal application standards in different locations and brings clearer judicial guidance for a series of employment management scenarios.
