DESCRIPTION:The path to successfully setting up a business in Germany is\nfraught with obstacles for Chinese investors. In addition to\nstructural issues in the start-up phase\, there are also a\nnumber of administrative hurdles. We would like to offer\nChinese investors and start-up founders assistance with their\nbusiness activities in Germany. With a strong focus on\nrecruiting and retaining staff and talent\, this years‘ event is\nnot only relevant for new companies but also for Chinese\ncompanies which are already settled in the German market.\nThe Business Development Agency of Rhein-Kreiss Neuss and the\nGerman-Chinese Business Association (DCW) cordially invite you to the\nall-day seminar “Setting up your business in Germany” on 26 June 2025\nin the RKN Innovation Center at Areal Böhler in Meerbusch (Düsseldorf).\nThe seminar will be in English and Chinese language.\nAt this all-day event\, experts will provide information on choosing the right\nlegal form for your business\, give insights about German labour law and\nsocial insurance regulations and other important aspects of setting up a\nbusiness such as intercultural team building and Business Process\nOutsourcing. In addition\, experts and established companies will share\ntheir expertise and experiences in setting up a business in Germany.
