Background:

China is becoming more and more innovative. Its talent pool is becoming increasingly attractive, especially for global companies. Chinese young engineers and skilled workers are very well educated, cosmopolitan, and have a wide variety of job opportunities.

German SMEs are very successful in China. But to ensure their growth, it is of utmost importance that the right talent is found and developed. We believe that for graduates of technical universities in China, like Tongji University, German enterprises would be excellent employers. They would also be able to make significant contributions to the company because, in China, educational institutions ensure that young engineers and managers are developed individually.
